The Red Bull Romaniacs went off a few weeks back. Romaniacs is a dirt bike race in the Carpathian mountains of Romania. You ride several hundred miles in 5-6 days. In 2006, KTM hooked up Godfrey, Tenacious J, Andy Grider, Levi LaVallee, and Streetbike Tommy with bikes and a mechanic. Streebike Tommy made it through a quarter of the first day before he threw in the towel. We spent the night in the Romanian forest trying to get Tommy to safety. Needless to say, he won’t be invited back next time.
