Spin Into 2017 With Todd Meyn and Friends

We’re kicking off the new year with a little progression session inspiration for you, featuring Todd Meyn and Brian Fox riding at Daniel Dhers Action Sports Complex in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Todd moved to North Carolina from Australia because the BMX scene is so big there, and DDASC is just one great example of why. But take note of this, BMXers: No matter how many times you ride a park, you can always find ways to challenge yourself. With a crazy new line, a series of tricks you’ve never combo’d before, pushing each other to progress. If you haven’t already come up with some goals for 2017, let this edit motivate you to do something you’ve never done before:

Todd and Brian have had a bit of a rivalry that goes back a ways, and fittingly the basis for that rivalry is spinning. Todd tells us that the two have been competing to be the first to stick a 1440, and while they’d both obviously love to be the first to do it, they’ve become very supportive of each other as they get closer to landing it. We’ll definitely be following this as it develops, so stay tuned. In the meantime, you can’t stick a 1440 until you master a 1080, so:
