Travis Pastrana Takes Second at Inaugural Rallye Perce-Neige
Travis Pastrana finished second just behind fellow Subaru Rally Team USA driver David Higgins at the inaugural Rallye Perce-Neige, American Rally Association National Championship in Maniwaki, northwest of Montreal, Canada. The grueling single-day race took place over 16 special stages covering 143 miles. Battling through difficult tire choices, extreme temperatures, and near white-out conditions, Travis and co-driver Robbie Durant somehow kept the machinery out of the greenery to win some podium space. Check out highlights below:
Awesome Rally this weekend. Fun roads. Great competition with the combined @ara_rally and @crcrally championship events. Grueling long day with tricky conditions into the night with heavy snow. Happy to finish with a solid 2nd place to start the championship. Thanks to all the fans who braved the cold to cheer us on! @srtusa #subaru
This is the second second-place result in a row for Travis and Robbie for Subaru Rally Team USA. Check out some highlights from his previous race at the Rally of the Tall Pines.
